A “MUST” course for proper and complete childbirth preparation.

This is a highly recommended course that guides you through everything that you need to know about childbirth preparation.

The course is very well structured and organized. Lecture materials are clear and concise, providing practical and useful information to maximize knowledge on pregnancy, childbirth process, breastfeeding and postnatal care.

I find the session on labor preparation and breastfeeding particularly useful. I have gained valuable insight and knowledge that I will not get anywhere else. The breathing and relaxation techniques are indispensable in labor preparation. The breastfeeding sessions are perfectly done, in particular, the part on troubleshooting. Lydia has certainly gone an extra mile in explaining every minute detail and assuring all mothers-to-be are well prepared.

Lydia also sells a whole array of maternity and baby products. There is no obligation to buy, but I find this service superb as it saves me time and effort to shop around on my own. On the other hand, if you enjoy shopping on your own, Lydia’s expertise and advise can help you on picking the right maternity and baby products.

Lydia is enthusiastic, patient and supportive. Judging from the time and the effort that Lydia has put in to this course, she clearly has demonstrated to us that she truly loves and respects her job. Her sense of humor gives an additional value, making every session of this course enjoyable.

Overall, I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending this course to all mothers-to-be.
